Boasting a testing capacity of up 50 tons with motorised protective covers, the Cylinder Load Test System is a highly sophisticated test system which allows automatic load testing of the hydraulic cylinder at various stroke intervals. This system replaces the frequently misinterpreted and incorrect method of testing hydraulic cylinders which basically only pressure test the cylinders at end strokes. Any hydraulic cylinders will face the possibility of body swelling due to overloading. The only correct way to detect a damaged cylinder is to test its pressure holding capability throughout its stroke range. The Cylinder Load Test System allows pressure testing of cylinder stroke from as small as 10mm intervals and covers both advance and retract strokes testing.
