We designed and built this gigantic HPU for one of our client in Marine & Offshore equipment supplies. This HPU measures 4.5m (L) x 2.5m (B) x 2.8m (H) consisting of a 6,000 liters tank, 4 x 160KW and 2 x 11KW electric motors. We totally revamped the traditional approach of HPU design in order to come up with this exceptionally compact and neat system layout.

This HPU utilises multiple manifolds setup which eliminates the numerous piping, hoses and fittings used in traditional HPU design. This makes future maintenance work on this HPU a breeze and minimises leakage related hydraulic issues. This HPU is certified by DNV to be compliant for Marine & Offshore application.
